Description: 
  • Good at Co-ordination with Shipping line, CHA and Forwarders
  • Ensure to comply on receipt of Bill of Lading from forwarder/shipping line.
  • Coordination with Customer service teams for shipment updation to customers.
  • Pro-active coordination with Shipping Lines, CHA, Forwarders
  • Good to work alongwith team and should possess qulities of Team Player, Cross functional,
  •  Collaborative, Conflict Resolution, Analytical Skills, Attention to Details.
  • Problem Solving: Identified root cause of a problem and works with others to permanently fix problems.
  • Communicating customers for export shipment documents
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stake holder
  • Responsible for complete export shipment planning process as per incoterms and customer orders – right from cargo readiness to shipment and b/l release - from multiple loading ports in India
  • Knowledge of Exim Policy, Incoterms, Payment Terms, UCP Rules , FTA/PTA
  • Process Knowledge of Pre-post shipment Documentation
