 Preferably 9-15 years of sourcing & procurement experience especially Post-PO Management in GBS.

  1. Nominal Category knowledge of Directs (Raw Materials, Packaging Material) and Indirect (MRO, Equipment, Bulks, Services, E&I) would be preferred.
  2. 3. 5 years of experience in Post-PO Management, Field/Desk Expediting in Chemical, Mfg., GBS Industry


Roles and Responsibilities:


Manage end-to-end Post PO Management of RM-PM.
Share dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from data
Periodically (daily / weekly / monthly) publish MIS reports to procurement leadership
Support category managers on On-time delivery of RM-PM
Ensure Team engagement and development
Establish Process Improvement culture with Automation
Extract or obtain and rationalize the data (from Ivalua, SAP, business warehouse)
Conduct analytics and deliver required outcome
Working closely with the IT team to implement new reports in Qlik sense / BI tools
Manage Stakeholders internal/external including buyer, supplier, planning, store, finance teams
Carry out frequent meetings with stakeholders to publish MIS and improvements


 Process/ Operation:

You will be aligned to our Procurement operations vertical, focusing on sourcing and procurement. The profile includes supporting category managers (for Raw Material i.e., chemicals, solvents, gases, and Packaging Material i.e., CFB, IBC, Labels, Pouches etc.) in the Post PO Management i.e., expediting the deliveries as per monthly plan. The profile will have to manage team of 7-8 members, execute operations and meet KPI, ensure development of team, lead process improvements initiative, prepare and publish MIS and manage relationship with stakeholders.



Strong Understanding of database system tools (SAP MM module, BW, SRM, Ariba/Ivalua)
Understanding of BI tools (Qlik sense, Tableau, Power BI etc.); hands-on experience in development & creation of dashboards on BI platforms is preferred
Understanding of the sourcing & procurement domain and hands-on sourcing & procurement analytics experience
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different sites / plants and with different stakeholders at senior leadership levels
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Excellent People Management skills with experience of managing 5-10 members team with min. 3 years
Demonstrate leadership qualities with good stakeholder relationship
