Execute customer/Channel strategy across Territories and Region aligned to Zonal  GTM objectives. Lead the implementation of new go-to-market strategy to drive growth across Territories,  Regions and Zone.  Implement market leadership strategy through close coordination with Marketing teams and monitor closely with every TM on progress and success. Implementation and supporting the Digital app initiative of the Organization. Bring in efficiency and effectiveness by data driven actions. Establish enablers for executing GTM - processes and tools.  CRM Interface with crop teams on crop strategy implications, align GTM to crop growth ambition through Territory managers. Continually monitor progress and business impact by providing thought leadership in GTM, inputs from other industries on GTM models & best practices. Strong co-ordination with other employees in the Region for effective business delivery. Any other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time including Zonal/Regional projects. 

Establish trade linkages with Agri output traders and the nurture trading platform. Create value to the farmers through SWAL product offerings using the linkages established. Connect with FPOs, exporters, seed production companies, Agri output buyers, contract farming companies to generate business for SWAL products.
