Qualification Graduate university of agriculture devision or related devison is preffered. MBA title is also advanced to this title.
Specific or Additional Certifications (if Any) required  
Technical Skills Requirement Deep knowledge of agriculture industory as well as crop protection business knowledge
General marketing knowledge to indicate marketing skill into marketing team
Well understanding of product profile to defferentiate from competitors
English skill enough to negotiate business matter in English
Broad skills of product development, reguratory, supply chain, and finance skill are preferred
Behavioral Skills Requirement Leadership to manage the team and take a lead of cross function
