Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Elaboration of Welcome and Farewell Communications.
  • Preparation of new incorporations (support in the acquisition of computer tools, control of mandatory documentation, number of employees, etc.).
  • Ensure that new hires comply with the onboarding program.
  • Support in the creation of job descriptions.
  • Support in the management of medical checks in Spain and Portugal.
  • Ensure the necessary documents for FUNDAE (Fundacion Estatal para la Formación en el Empleo).
  • Ensure that employees in Spain, Italy, and Portugal complete compliance courses.
  • Ensure that invoices from external partners/suppliers are correct and communicated for payment.
  • Support with Global employee’s payroll incidences.
  • Other activities that are assigned by the company and that are directly related to the academic program he/she is attending.

Requirements:

  • A proactive, self-starter, creative and passionate HR person, with great analytical and detail-orientation skills.
  • Bachelor/master’s in business administration, economics and preferably in labor relations.
  • Bachelor/Master student with possibility to formalize a University / Business School Agreement (internship agreement) for full-time during a period of 6 to 12 months.
  • Min. B2 English level. Other languages will be highly valued.
  • Residence in Barcelona.
