Experience and exposure of handling in chemical plants. Experience to handle company and contract manpower. Good communication skills to handle interdepartmental and cross functional activities. Exposure to manage and maintain the preventive & breakdown maintenance of plants. Exposure of handling contract management for plant maintenance and other related activities. Exposure for smooth execution/Supervision of ongoing projects and plant modification activities within the stipulated time frame with quality. Record and analyses the non-conformities, initiate corrective action/ guide on implementation of corrective / preventive actions. Experience of DCS operation. Exposure for ensuring inventory management with respect to maintaining critical stock. Exposure for SAP closing activity.
